17 Aug Invitation 08-15-2018
Dear Neighbor,
Please join the Concerned Taxpayers of West Wildwood on Friday, August 31 at 7:30PM at the borough hall.
The purpose of this gathering is to learn more about the structure of a neighborhood organization and to consider taking the first steps to formally establish one for the island.
A neighborhood association is strictly voluntary. It is designed to create a forum for residents to communicate more effectively the needs and concerns of our neighborhood with borough officials; to foster a sense of community in the area where we live; and to encourage residents to work together to keep our island an attractive, safe and affordable place to live.
The CTWWW would include everyone. Any resident or property owner would be eligible to participate and have a voice in addressing issues that directly affect them.
For example, we will discuss the immediate and long-term effects of Police Chief Jackie Ferentz’s judgment for 1.7 million dollars against the Borough of West Wildwood and how that judgment will directly affect each and every homeowner.
We hope you will come to meet your neighbors and discuss how we can work together to ensure that the West Wildwood community elects trustworthy, competent and ethical leaders.
We need individuals whose commitment and focus is to work for the betterment of the community, which includes all taxpayers of West Wildwood.
Please RSVP to concernedtaxpayerswestwildwood@gmail.com
Your email address will also enable us to keep you informed.
Cordially,
CTWWW – Advisory Council
