Dear Senator Van Drew, Assemblyman’s Andrejczak and Land, 

I am writing to you to voice my concerns regarding the behaviors exhibited by the current West Wildwood borough officials.  As you may know, our Mayor and Commissioners orchestrated an uninsurable $1.7M judgment against West Wildwood and in favor of Police Chief Ferentz, with whom Mayor Fox cohabitates.  This judgment is a heavy financial burden on the taxpayers in our small municipality, and the actions of elected and appointed officials were knowingly designed to lead to exactly this result.  

Even now, the administration continues to act as if the public trust were irrelevant.  To avoid having to answer questions about any of this misconduct, the Mayor and Commissioners simply change public meeting times to make them as inconvenient as possible and then refuse to answer the questions of the few taxpayers who are able to chase down the moving target of a meeting.  

As a taxpayer, I am asking that you review the details of the Ferentz lawsuit.  I am confident that you will find them both upsetting and in need of attention.  In addition, we would like to see the current officials removed from office and new leadership put into place.  We have experienced, professional and full time residents ready to take over.
