28 Mar ***UPDATE*** Initial Decision in Fox’s Ethics Violations
On March 14, 2022, Administrative Law Judge Susan Olgiati filed her initial decision on the Fox Ethics Violations. The Local Finance Board (LFB) can adopt, modify or reject the recommended order within 45 days. The LFB is authorized by law to make a final decision in this matter.
The following is an excerpt of the order:
” It is hereby ORDERED that, as outlined above, the Board’s determination that Fox committed numerous violations of the LGEL is AFFIRMED IN PART and REVERSED IN PART. It is further ORDERED that the $24,900 total fine sought by the Board is MODIFIED to a total fine of $11,000.”
